The Outdoor Dream Foundation connects kids and families suffering from chronic or terminal illness with the outdoors. Since 2004, more than 3,000 kids battling some of life's biggest struggles have had their dreams come true with our outdoor adventures.
2819 Missions
2819 Missions partners with pastors, churches, and schools in West Africa by providing biblical training, leadership support, and financial resources to help local leaders better serve their communities.
Guffee Dental
The Outdoor Dream Foundation is honored to work with Guffee Dental to put on this year's Freedom Dream 5K! Located right here in Anderson, SC, Guffee Dental provides high-quality care for families in a welcoming, faith-centered environment — and their impact goes beyond the office. Through this partnership, they're helping support 2819 Missions, with donations from the event going toward equipping pastors, churches, and schools in West Africa.
Driven Physical Therapy
We have also partnered with Driven Physical Therapy to host the Freedom Dream 5K! Based in Anderson, SC, Driven Physical Therapy uses a Christ-centered approach to maximize patients' healing and recovery, ultimately helping patients reach their goals and get back to peak health. They are also helping support 2819 Missions, with donations from the event going toward equipping pastors, churches, and schools in West Africa.
