Five year old Abby Lee came up for a dream fishing adventure on Lake Hartwell this weekend. Here is Abby and her dad Adam with one of the many striped and hybrid bass caught. Way to go Abby!

Who misses turkey season? The ODF 2016 Turkey season was a great one!

Update on Will Asbell. He is sleeping alot and has no energy. He is going home. The shunt has helped to reduce the enlarged ventricles on one side but not the other. He will have another CT scan in 4 weeks. If still enlarged a second drain will be put in. Please pray for Will. We will update any news in these next 4 weeks Will needs our prayers. He is one tough kid for sure but this is one tough battle. My God heal lil Willy!

Who is coming to the Annual Freedom Dream Walk/Run? It starts at 7:30 AM at Grady's Great Outdoors in Anderson, SC on Monday, July 4th. Our goal is 200 participants. Update on Will Asbell... He will be having surgery on Thursday they will know more after his pre-op tomorrow so please continue to pray for our little man Will! His tumor behind his eye has changed, not sure to what extent and his brain isn't getting rid of the spinal fluid correctly, not sure why! Anyone who has met Will knows he is a tough little guy and just full of life! He told his dad "well I don't have to go to school tomorrow"! Hang tuff Will Bug, God's got this!!!

Prayer Warriors and The Outdoor Dream Foundation Family and Friends. We request your prayers for our ODF kid Will Asbell. His MRI results revealed a change in his brain tumor. His ventricles are swallow. Surgeons have been called in to read the scans and advise. We all know the ultimate healer is God. We've all seen miracles here with our kids and in our lives. Please get behind our precious Will raise him up get him on prayer lists pray for him daily. With God all things are possible!

ATTENTION ALL ODF families, yes the entire family are welcome to the 2nd Annual Crockett's Plantation fun day June 11th. A day of fun, fishing, antler hunting and who knows what we will come up with! 9 am until ? Lunch, drinks and snacks provided. It's pretty wet so if you want to antler hunt bring water proof boots and if you have a rod and reel or fishing pole please bring them! Come join the fun!

Special thank you Dr. Crymes of Salt Lake Point Plantation for helping make Sarah's dream come true! Sarah was born with a condition that caused her to become blind! She wanted to be an outdoorsman like her parents. Her mother contacted ODF who agreed to grant a dream most thought were unattainable. Sarah "gunshooter" held the gun and harvested her 10'4" gator(BaeBae) with the help of the iscope and her Daddy, who told her when she was on target. She called many ODF family members to recount her trip over the weekend! Thanks to Dr. Crymes, Skip Still, Bruce Rhonda Compton Nemours Wildlife Foundation where she fished all day kissing fish. She states Mr. skip spoiled me ya know! Most special thanks to her Mom and Dad for allowing her to be part of our family!
