The following individuals give time and energy to make Outdoor Dream Foundation possible. We are grateful for their commitment.

Brad Jones is the Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Bank in Honea Path, South Carolina. With more than 40 years of experience in corporate accounting, Brad has dedicated much of his spare time over the past 22 years to serving children and families through the Outdoor Dream Foundation.

Brad’s passion for the foundation began after the loss of a special hunting companion, Isaac Ponder. His commitment to the cause was further strengthened when he learned that major wish-granting organizations had discontinued hunting from their programs. Brad was also encouraged by a prominent pediatric oncologist who told him that the experiences provided by the foundation could play an important role in the healing process for children battling terminal or life-threatening illnesses.

For more than two decades, Brad has remained committed to providing what he calls the “Good Medicine” to thousands of these special children. Through the support of dedicated volunteers, outfitters, landowners, and donors, the foundation continues to create outdoor adventures and lasting memories for children and their families.

An avid outdoorsman, Brad enjoys hunting and fishing and especially treasures opportunities to mentor children, share a day at the rifle range, and introduce them to the outdoors. He believes God called him to minister to the children and families served by the Outdoor Dream Foundation.

Brad looks forward to seeing what the future holds for the foundation as it continues its mission as a 100% volunteer-driven organization.

Brad and his wife, Pat, reside in Anderson, South Carolina. They have two amazing children and one awesome granddaughter, Sally Kate.

I am a mortgage banker with United Community Bank, but as a founding board member of Outdoor Dream Foundation, my passion is helping kids.

I'm blessed to be able to help them through tough times by giving them something else to think about besides doctors and treatments.

To see them light up when you walk in the room and while they talk about the hunting or fishing trip, is a real joy.

Frankie McCleer is a dedicated board member and longtime volunteer with the Outdoor Dream Foundation (ODF), where he is passionate about helping children with life-threatening illnesses and their families create unforgettable memories through hunting and fishing experiences. Having been involved with the organization for several years, Frankie is committed to ensuring every child and family enjoys a meaningful outdoor adventure.

I am grateful to be part of an organization that gives these incredible kids the opportunity to experience the outdoors in such a unique way. There is no greater feeling than seeing the smiles on their faces as they create memories that will last a lifetime. These kids and their families are truly a blessing.”

Outside of his work with ODF, Frankie is a business owner, avid outdoorsman, and lifelong resident of South Carolina. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and working on his farm. He has also served as a high school coach for many years and continues to invest in young people by supporting his children’s sports teams.

Frankie considers it an honor to serve with the ODF and is proud to be part of an organization that makes dreams come true while providing hope, joy, and lasting memories for extraordinary children and their families.

Mike Hnatt serves on the Board of Directors of the Outdoor Dream Foundation, a role that is especially meaningful to him and his family. His son, Coulter, was an Outdoor Dream Foundation recipient and courageously fought cancer for many years. Through that journey, Mike witnessed firsthand the hope, encouragement, and lasting memories that the ODF provides to children facing life-threatening illnesses and their families.

Mike's faith has been the foundation of his family's life through both blessings and hardships. He believes that true hope is found in God’s grace, and that family and community are essential sources of strength during life's most difficult challenges. Coulter's battle deepened that conviction and reinforced the importance of trusting God's plan and living by his enduring motto: “Never Give Up!”

He is passionate about helping ensure that other children and families receive the same opportunities to create meaningful memories during difficult times.

Mike and his wife, Courtney, divide their time between Texas and Wyoming, where they enjoy farm life, hunting, and spending time outdoors with their two daughters. He is honored to support the Outdoor Dream Foundation's mission of bringing hope, joy, and unforgettable outdoor adventures to children battling serious illness.

Duaine Hagen has been working with the Outdoor Dream Foundation for 22 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. After hosting his first recipient, he was hooked. He looks forward to every family that comes to the ranch in Wyoming so he can share it all with them.

Duaine has outfitted hunters and entertained families on his guest ranches since 1980. He also had a Wrangler School that taught people how to work with horses and pack into the wilderness on horseback safely. He works on the family ranch with his son Zeb, daughter Alix, their spouses, and his 8 grandchildren. His wife, Sheila, is the designated babysitter and loves it. The Outdoor Dream families that come to the ranch are always welcomed and treated like family. Duaine hopes to continue working with the ODF as long as he possibly can because it is one of the most rewarding things he has ever done.

My passion for helping children began at the age of 21 when I had the opportunity to support severely burned and physically challenged children. Seeing firsthand the impact that compassion, resources, and personal involvement can have on a child’s life left a lasting impression on me. That commitment to helping others has remained an important part of who I am ever since.

What I appreciate most about ODF is its approach to helping children who would otherwise never have the opportunity to experience dream-fulfilling hunts and fishing trips. We create lifelong memories for both the children and the parents who care for them. Being able to make a difference at such a personal level is what makes the organization’s mission so special.

Professionally, I have been fortunate to build a career across several industries. I worked in the energy sector, participating in the construction and eventual decommissioning of nuclear power facilities, as well as other major energy projects. I spent 25 years producing records in Nashville and have owned and operated Labor Finders⁠ for more than 41 years. Along the way, I have also been involved in land development and ranching.

These experiences have provided me with opportunities to lead, build businesses, solve problems, and work with people from all walks of life. More importantly, they have reinforced my belief that success carries a responsibility to give back. Serving on the ODF Board allows me to combine that belief with my lifelong desire to help children and strengthen the communities we call home.

Lew Curatolo

Randy has been an ODF volunteer since 2013. He feels blessed and excited to help make so many kids’ and families’ dreams come true through the Outdoor Dream Foundation.

Raised in southern Georgia, Randy moved to the northern part of the state in 1990. He works closely with veterinarians and cattle producers as a territory manager for Boehringer Ingelheim. Outside of work and volunteering, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family, hunting, and sharing the gospel.

I am a Wildlife Biologist for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department and have been for nearly 4 decades. It is a career that has not been a job but rather a calling.

I have been involved with the ODF since 2004 and it has been my greatest privilege to set up and provide hunting and fishing experiences for these kids and their families. It is without a doubt that I have learned and gained much more from them than they have from me. They are super people—and I’m constantly humbled by their courage and faith!

I was raised a hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman in Colorado and Wyoming. My wife, Kim (and yes, she’s my better half!)—who many of the ODF kids know well as their taxidermist and confidant—and I raised our two kids the same way, and we are now working on our 5 grandkids.

Hank Parker, host of Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine, airing on television since 1985, began his fishing career in 1976. He is a two-time winner of the Bassmaster Classic, the Grand Slam of Bass Fishing, and many other tournaments. Hank Parker’s Outdoor Magazine currently airs on Pursuit Channel, Pursuit Up, and YouTube. As social media has become a necessary means of communication, Hank has launched in this area, too. He can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. He also has a podcast, Oﬀ the Water with Hank Parker, which can be found on YouTube, Pursuit Streaming, and Spotify. He is always looking for new ways to grow his audience to share his knowledge and love for the sport of fishing.

Hank’s passion for the outdoors is not limited to fishing, as he has been an avid hunter his whole life. He has a love for bow hunting and has completed the wild turkey Royal Slam and has harvested many record qualifying whitetail deer and elk with a bow. In 2005, Hank and his two sons, Hank Jr. and Billy, began televising their hunts, and Hank Parker’s Flesh and Blood ran for 15 years. They retired the show from television at the end of 2019. Over the years, Hank has been honored by being inducted into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame, the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame, and the International Game Fish Association Hall of Fame.

Hank has been blessed by being able to have a career doing the things he has a passion for, but the greatest blessing of his life is the day Jesus Christ saved him and became his Lord and Savior. He loves sharing his testimony of how he was saved and what the Lord has done in his life.

Hank and his wife, Martha, reside in Union, SC. Together they have 8 children and their spouses, 21 amazing grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
